Make is a design generator product operated by Neueworld OÜ (registry code: 17105398), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Make is currently an experimental project and a work-in-progress software. While we aim to provide a stable, high-quality experience, the platform, its underlying algorithms, and infrastructure are subject to change, potential downtime, and ongoing iteration.
Any access to lifetime benefits (including our "Early Adopter Deal") carries inherent risk. These benefits are granted under the assumption that the service continues operating.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, performance issues, infrastructural failure, or other situations, the project shuts down, Neueworld OÜ is not liable and there will be no refunds. It is in our absolute best interest to run this project indefinitely for our early supporters, but we must explicitly state that there is always a risk involved with experimental software.
By default, users on the free tier agree that all their image generations and exports will be submitted to the Public Gallery for other users to view and gain inspiration from.
Users with active Effects Pro access, including earlier Quarterly or Lifetime purchases, receive private exports. Their exports will not appear in the Public Gallery or be publicly accessible by other users.
New monthly subscribers pay $1 for the first month, then $9 per month starting with the second billing period. The introductory price is available once per new monthly subscriber. Yearly subscriptions cost $54 upfront for 12 months and renew at $54 per year; the $1 monthly introductory price does not apply to yearly billing. Prices are in USD, and any applicable tax is shown by Stripe before payment.
You can cancel in the billing portal. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, after which access returns to the Free tier. AI Enhance credits are separate and are not included with Effects Pro. Earlier purchasers keep the access associated with their original purchase.
You agree not to use the service to generate illegal, hateful, or harmful content. Neueworld OÜ reserves the right to ban accounts or block access to the service if we detect abuse, excessive API usage, or violations of these terms, without refund.
Background removal credits are sold separately from Effects Pro and Enhance. A $5 one-time purchase adds 75 credits to your MAKE account; it does not start a subscription. One credit is used for each completed background removal. If the processing service reports a failed or cancelled job, that credit is returned automatically. Credits do not currently expire.
Uploaded images are sent to Replicate for processing. Results may not be perfect around fine edges, and temporary result links should be downloaded promptly. If a submission has an uncertain status, contact tech@neue.world with the job ID instead of submitting it again.
Neueworld OÜ may update these terms as the project evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
